With all of the IEP goals we have to keep track of, we’re all looking for ways to streamline our data collection without the overwhelm. This goal data collection sheet is a simple and user-friendly tool to help you with progress monitoring and collecting data across multiple goals and multiple students.
The goal data collection sheet helps you capture data points and observations across multiple dates, multiple goals, and type of and quantities of prompting you provide.
How to use in your classroom:
Use in your classroom in digital and/or printable versions. You may have your own preferences for collecting and storing data - personally, I like to collect data on the printable version and type into the digital version for permanent storage and safekeeping.
Digital Version:
You can save data digitally and use the Google Slides file for quick data collection. Make copies for each student and save in an IEP Goal Data folder to easily reference later when looking at student progress and preparing for IEP annual meetings.
Printable Version:
If you prefer to use paper for your data collection, print copies of the blank templates and add them to student specific clipboards, folders, or binders you can store.
