Teach students about coping strategies in a fun and engaging way! This resource contains 3 different types of coping strategies snowman projects for students to complete.
Students can learn about coping strategies and identify what they would like to try. This is another way to discuss self-regulation and coping strategies, supports and accommodations that are available to students, and practice using them.

One-page project in which students color snowballs containing their favorite coping strategies
2. Cut and Paste

Students cut out snowballs containing their favorite coping strategies and glue them around a snowman
3. Build Your Own Snowman

3 pages of snowman pieces for students to color, write in, cut, and assemble a large snowman surrounded by their favorite coping strategies.

Includes a snowman with prompts for students to complete vs. blank
