This Executive Functioning Student Adapted Survey is for students. It can also be useful for any student who may be having executive functioning challenges or additional needs. This survey is in alignment with our research on executive functioning and surrounding framework, which is student-centered and focused on identifying and meeting student needs across ages.
This is an adapted version of our Executive Functioning Student Survey for students who may need visuals and additional space for reading the assessment.
Objective:
Students will learn about and identify executive functioning skill areas that may be of need for them. Educators and teams will use the survey to develop supports and work with students to implement them.
